La plage la plus proche est à 25 km, l'ile d'Oléron à 40 km. Vous serez au centre d'un triangle formé de 3 belles villes : Rochefort 25km, Saintes 15 km et Royan 25 km et à 70 km de La Rochelle. Une situation idéale entre mer et campagne ainsi que la vallée de la Charente et ses châteaux.

Summary: It is a very well appointed property with every thing you needed, including Air Conditioning and Barbecue, and the hostess was very charming and helpful.It was just outside a charming village with the usual shops and a friendly bar.If only all lettings could be as good as this!
