Enjoy the stunning sunrise and sunset from the large poolside terrace. Central to Nice (15 min), St Paul de Vence (5 min), Antibes (20 min), Cannes or Monaco (30 min). Rental includes the main level only, and exclusive private access to the pool and gardens. The upper level is closed off but unoccupied for the duration of your stay.
Newly renovated large kitchen and living area. One bedroom with EU king-size bed (US equivalent between Queen and King). New high quality linens provided. Brand new sofa, carpet and furniture. Bathroom is original (orange, but it has it's french charm :). Large outdoor dining table, new patio furniture (sectional, plus poolside loungers). Both gas and charcoal BBQs.
Private gated area with lots of parking on site. Large tended garden with orange, lemon, cherry and olive trees. Private pool, where you can float with a view of the sea or St Paul de Vence.
Rental is for the main floor only, the upper level is closed off during the rental period and you will have exclusive use of the property. You will be provided with a remote which allows entry through both the main gate, and the gate to the villa.
Only for rent during the summer months, with a minimum 14 day rental. Discount provided for 60 days. Well behaved, non shedding pets welcome. Quiet, exclusive neighbourhood, no parties.
