This Koh Lanta Thai Villa was built to European Quality standards with 175sqm over two levels. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeping 7 people (cot provided).
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and there is a large verandah, with a well established tropical garden and a relaxation area which includes a 40sqm swimming pool (which is shared with our neighbour).
The villa is situated 100m from Long Beach with is accessible through the Malee Seaview complex and no roads to cross.
Weekly cleaning is included in your booking (with a change of linen and towels).
WiFi, fast fibre internet is included, and there is a big screen cable TV along with a modern music server (1,000 albums of mixed music wo choose from) with good HiFi and DVD's.
A baby cot (with linen) and a high chair are available.
Interaction with guests:
From Monday to Friday 9am/5pm a local property manager will answer all questions and will be there for check-in / check-out.
Out of these times and on the week-end the security will give you the keys and you will be met by the property manager on the next working day.
Other things to note:
Electricity and water consumed are paid on the day of departure
- electricity rate is 5 THB/kwh
- water is THB 30/m3
Both are exactly in line with actual price paid to the utility companies.
Mosquito spraying on a regular basis throughout the residence.
Free weekly house cleaning with change of bed linen/towels.
For your own laundry, you can use the same laundry company as I use for the linen (instructions available in the manual) or one of the laundries on the street.
The final laundry during your stay is provided free of charge (through Laundry Sue). This is for your personal stuff and it should be reasonable. Please do not wait until the last day so that you have plenty of time to get your things back.
Free internet and cable TV.

Baby cot and high chair available at no cost.
Extras:
Extra baby cot, small beds, etc.. this can all be rented from some local travel agent. Just contact me to get this organized for you.
