This house, which is our main residence, not overlooked, is located in the heart of the park Chézine, 10 minutes from downtown Nantes.
It consists of a large kitchen, a living room of 28 m2, a living room of 40 m2 with fireplace, all overlooking the garden, facing south, 700 m2 with terrace of 45 m2
On the 1st floor, you will find 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed 160, 1 bedroom with double bed 160 and a bedroom with single bed), 2 bathrooms, one with bath and a mezzanine of 25 m2 and 2 toilets.
On the second floor, 2 large bedrooms of 25 m2 (one with a double bed 160 cm and one with 2 single beds of 90), a shower room, a toilet.
In the garden there is a garden furniture, table and chairs for 8-10 people, a barbecue and a large trampoline.
We have 2 very nice cats, who live mainly outdoors.
We offer 3 bikes for adults (2 mountain bikes and 1 city bike and 2 children's bikes.
The house is quietly located in a dead end but close to all amenities: bus 300m, small shops 800m and shopping center 1.5 km.
The first beaches are less than an hour (Pornic 45 mn, La Baule 50 mn, Normoutier 1h, Quiberon 1h40)
