Summary: We asked for the room to be cleaned at reception and it was recorded on the system, this was not done. We also asked and paid for a airport view room on the 4th floor this was also not done. the chap on the desk at check in said only requested nothing guaranteed. This hotel was also card only not everyone in our group had cards. shame it was a nice hotel.
