3 Bedroom Cottage in Saint-Pois, Le Mesnil Gilbert
The gite has been beautifully renovated, previously a barn and is fresh and welcoming. There is a large equipped kitchen/dining room and a beautiful lounge for relaxing with a wood burner. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and a family bathroom. Outside there is a garden with seating and a BBQ.
The property is set over 2 floors with stairs to the bedrooms so is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Upon entering the front door you arrive into the spacious equipped kitchen and dining area, to the rear is a w.c. on one side and a store cupboard on the other. There is a large fridge freezer and washing machine for your use. Leading off of the kitchen is the large lounge for relaxing, with a wood burning stove, television with a freesat box for ONLY English channels (no French TV) and a DVD player. Internet is provided with Starlink satellite.
Stairs from the kitchen take you up to the bedrooms, the master bedroom is to the right and has an ensuite with shower cubicle, wash basin and w,c, next to this is the family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower attachment, with wash basin and w.c. Straight ahead is the double bedroom and the twin room is to the left.
For cooler days there is also electric central heating.
To the front of the gite is a small garden just for you and beyond this the larger garden which is shared with the house which is also rented out. From the property there are stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
There is a shared driveway into the property for the house and gite with private parking next to the gite.
Towels and bedding are provided.
Electric heating is included for your stay in cooler months
Children are welcome at the property. Guests will need to bring their own baby equipment.
The property is not fenced so owners must supervise children.
