This is one of those secret renovations, from the front, a typical small village house, but once inside a complete renovation with travertine floor tiles, a fully equipped kitchen that leads directly onto a terrace with pergola and a lovely green outlook and a cosy living area. Stairs from the terrace lead to the garden with plancha barbeque and a mini pool perfect for sitting in to cool off. (For lap swimming there is a lake nearby!). Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom /shower room. Please note the master bedroom en suite is open plan but there is a separate WC on the first floor.
The master bedroom has air conditioning and a walk in wardrobe area.
It is our main home so it is fully equipped. The only things you might miss are a microwave and washing machine. There is a washing machine at Super U just down the road.
Please note we will be accessing and using the ground floor space some of the time - garage and office. There is a separate door with a lock at the top of the stairs so your space is completely private and we will not overlook or use the garden.
