Summary: Disappointing service for the price. Bar staff ignored us while serving others who arrived later—we had to go to the bar ourselves to order. Breakfast was understaffed, with long waits and no proactive service. Room amenities were lacking: minibar not restocked, no coffee provided despite a kettle, and no bottle opener. No welcome gift as promised. Not up to Relais & Châteaux standards.
