Summary: We did arrive early and were allowed to leave our luggage but it was not secure from other guests. A locked room would have been better as there seemed to be plenty of them. Check in was advertised at 2pm but the room still was not ready. If we had not arrived at 2.10pm then our room still would not have been done as I physically had to ask the cleaner to please hurry up! The room was very basic = bed, ceiling fan, wooden chair, sink, tiny high window and aircon. Only one shower room that we found for around 20 rooms. No other amenities, not even a vending machine for drinks or shared outsude seating area (the entry courtyard would have been ideal). Yes, it was a Hostal but this was as basic as they come. Lovely old building though. For over €100 per night, it was not the best value.
