Summary: Avoid this place!
Decaying rotting-away doors, poor bathroom, terrible noise from the reception hall (noisy guests and noisy staff), noisy street and back yard parking place. Noise coming from all directions.
If you have a layover between flights and need a place to stay - this is the worst choice you can make. If is very expensive too. Way overpriced.
Staff is friendly.
The entire place is worn-down, old, smells like a cellar and cold. Bed sheets had remnants of food (breadcrumbs) from the previous guests.

Summary: Good location. Close to the metro to go to airport. I spend time to find the way to warm up the room. No information inside.
Clean places. Flay rate taxi 20e to airport. The metro wasn't open.
