Summary: Very welcoming reception and incredibly helpful and friendly staff particularly from Frank, I believe was his name. The room was in OK shape there were a few cracked tiles, the shared bathrooms were dirty and in the middle of being renovated so exposed brick, plaster etc. Also lacking the small details such as a mirror or soap (both were in the room but if you need the toilet on the way out there's no soap to wash your hands with). Lots of winding stairs too so not for those with small kids or disabled.
