The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. It also includes a kettle, a coffee machine, a microwave oven and a hob.

In the living room you will find a convertible sofa bed for 2 people.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200). Linen will be provided on arrival as well as towels and consumables such as soap, tea and coffee.

A washing machine is also at your disposal.

Please note that we charge a late arrival fee of 20 € after 22:00 hrs. If you require additional cleaning / linen during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
