Spread over 3 levels, this beautiful village house has a very large living room, a small billiard room, a very large fitted and equipped kitchen, 5 large bedrooms including a dormitory which can accommodate 4 people and 4 bathrooms. An elevator serves the three levels. All the elements are there to enjoy the mild summer evenings in the Alpilles. Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures of entry and if laundry is missing. Supplement of 100€ for entry/exit on Sunday Tourist taxes not included in the price (4.58€ x number of adults + 18 years old x number of nights). Deposit: €5,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before entering the premises.
