Completely renovated cottage in the center of the village with access to all amenities within a radius of 50 m (skibus for access to the Grand Tourmalet in less than 10 min, Bakery, Grocery, Butcher, Pizza to take away, Bar, etc.).
The cottage is on 3 floors with
- entrance, ski room / game room with table football on the ground floor,
- 1st with 6 bedrooms (18 beds), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, laundry room, washing machine
- 2nd with large living room Living room, dining room, kitchen, sauna / hamman and large terrace.
Housing
We have just spent 1 1/2 years completely renovating this small building. The cottage occupies the entire 1st and 2nd floor. The ground floor is used for the entrance, the ski room and a playroom for children ... or adults. There is a "real" table football.
We wanted to make accommodation with a good level of comfort, pleasant heating and completely new equipment. We put a lot of energy and heart into it and we expect friendly and respectful tenants.
There are 4 bedrooms for 2 people and 2 dormitories for 5 people.
It is an ideal accommodation for friends wanting to spend time together (the upstairs living room is large with access to a large terrace and ... access to a sauna / hamman) or for a family with large -parents, parents and children.

The cottage is in great demand and is already occupied for the entire winter season 2018 and a good part of the summer ...
But we have a solution: we have just renovated La Maison Bleue within 200m with the same capacity. There are still some availabilities including in spring and summer
