Very nice apartment completely renovated in July 2018, in individual chalet.
The apartment has 2 terraces, one to the north and one to the south.
Ideally located, with a superb unobstructed view of the Pointe d'Uble and Chalune.
At an altitude of 1500m, it is located between the cross-country and downhill ski slopes and allows you
ski-in/ski-out access.
Chalet located at:
- 300 m from the center of the resort
- 10 m from the first downhill ski slope (ski-in/ski-out)
- 100 m from the first ski lift
- 300 m from the first cross-country ski slope
- 300 m from the first bus stop
- 300 m from food shops
With its 90 m² of living space, 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine and a beautiful living room with
a sofa bed, it will allow you to spend a very comfortable vacation.
You can enjoy a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen open to the living room, a lounge with flat screen TV and DVD player.
In 2 of the bedrooms, you can also find a water point (sink).
The apartment is fully equipped.
In winter, the path to access the chalet is therefore a ski slope.
You will have to park your vehicle in a public car park 300 m away (free).
The chalet is equipped with a large sled for transporting luggage and other
supplies...
The use of a car is therefore not essential, the bus stop serving Cluses station is 300 m away.
In summer, a pebble path will allow you to access the chalet by car and park it on the premises.
