This detached villa with 3 bedrooms is located in the gated community "La Carabela", in the extreme south of Playa Blanca and is located near a stunning volcanic crater. The house was purchased by a 4-member German family for their own use in February 2016th The entire grounds was 5/2016 renovated and all furniture, clothes and curtains replaced. A renovation of the inner region was conducted, 2014.
The outdoor area is hidden from view by a surrounding wall of volcanic rock. The scale in the style of the home in Lanzarote Spanish artist Cesar Manrique garden exudes a very private atmosphere with different themes. The bottom of the "front garden" is designed in Cesar Manrique style white with a scale of volcanic rock way. Here you can swim extensively in the private pool and sunbathe.
