Negative: We booked this accommodation because we found it quite economical and to our liking. Also close to a metro station just 500 meters away. I had made a mistake and sent a message to the owner that we would go earlier to check in and instead of 13:00am I wrote 1 without clarifying. However, when we got stuck, I sent him a message and we resolved it, telling me that he would send the cleaner and as soon as it was ready he would send it to me so we could go, as he gave me instructions for the code to receive the key and how to get in. He told me that we could go and leave our things at home if we wanted, and that's exactly what we did so we wouldn't waste our day in the city of Madrid since we were there early. When we returned in the evening around 10:00 PM the house was dirty and the cleaner had not come. I tried to call the owner three times and he did not pick up. After I sent him a message to tell him my complaint because we couldn't even lie down in bed or go to the bathroom since they hadn't cleaned them. After I sent him a message to tell him my complaint because we couldn't even lie down in bed or go to the bathroom since they hadn't cleaned them. he started making excuses that something had happened to the cleaner and she couldn't go and told us to stay in the house as it is and he would refund our money and that day. finally he sent his wife around 24:00 to clean. and then we stayed there the rest of the days. when i sent him a message about my refund he said he would look into it and answer me and still nothing.
