Our beautiful flat has been refurbished to a high standard. It has all the necessary comforts for an excellent stay. It is also perfectly located near the banks of the Rhône and the city centre.
The flat
This flat, entirely renovated and equipped, can accommodate 4 people with its sleeping area equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. You will benefit from the entire flat and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine.

Other notes
The cleaning fee includes cleaning on arrival and after departure as well as linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay.
You will be asked to show the corresponding personal identification for your booking when you receive the keys.
I will welcome you on the day of your arrival. Please tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 5pm and 8pm. Outside these times and subject to availability, a surcharge will be applied:
- 2pm to 5pm: 20€.
- 8pm to 11pm: 20€.
No reception after 11pm will be made.
On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning costs will be charged a second time if the departure time is not respected.

The area
The accommodation offered by Nicolas is located in Lyon, France.
Located in the heart of Lyon (1st district), you will find, right under your windows, all the most attractive attractions offered by our city of light. You will find something for everyone, from restaurants, bars, museums, markets on the Quais de Soane and direct access to the Vieux-Lyon. Staying here, you will be able to get around almost exclusively on foot and have access to the Old Town, including Fourvière, St Jean and its cathedrals St Paul and St Georges, the traboules and its famous Lyon bouchons.

5/10 minutes walk from Foch metro station (Line A)
Airport: 1/2 hour by taxi and 1 hour by shuttle (from Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu).
If you arrive by car, there are paid parking spaces right next to the building.
There is also the Morand car park: 11 Bis place marechal lyautey 69006 Lyon (price, about 30€/day).
