The Deltamar I residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach (C/ Les Marines 11), first line with direct beach access, ground floor construction without lift, featuring a lake-style swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens. Close to a multi-sports court and fifty metres from a pleasant wooded area with children's swings.

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM. There is a possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Departure and evacuation of accommodations will be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Prior to key collection, a deposit of 150 € will be paid, which will be returned after apartment inspection, and if the company deems it appropriate, up to 48 hours after evacuation.
