Cozy wooden house in the middle of the impressive nature of Iceland. The log cabin-style holiday home has a beautiful, large terrace and is furnished with lots of wood and light-colored furniture. Selfoss, the largest city in the municipality of Árborg and at the same time the largest city in South Iceland; the city is an important trade center.
Activities nearby: Selfoss is an ideal base for day trips and excursions in the south of Iceland. Take the Golden Circle tour for example. The first highlight is only about 33 km away from your holiday home: the Thingvellir National Park with its untouched, beautiful nature. From here you can continue to the Strokkur Geyser, which regularly throws water fountains into the sky. Finally, be amazed by the famous Gullfoss waterfall.
