We rent our splendid apartment, with a view of Mont Blanc, located in Chamonix les Praz in the beautiful La Cordée residence, 800m from the Flegere ski lift.
The residence benefits from high-end services: swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, gym, billiards, foosball, reading lounge with fireplace and children's area.
Recent apartment, beautifully decorated, very well equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies offering views of Mont Blanc on one side and Brevent/Flégère on the other. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults.

With two balconies, one overlooking Mont Blanc and the other Brévent-Flégère, and all modern comforts, you can ski in winter and hike in summer.
We are 800 meters from the Flégère cable car and a 15-20 minute walk from the centre. Bus stop 150m away (line 1) for Brevent or the town centre, shuttle to Flégère in school holidaywinter season opposite the residence. 5-minute walk to golf and tennis courts.
