The Willow Tree Apartment is real gem. Linked to a large main house known as The Apple Orchard, it sits in beautiful grounds with shared use of the large swimming pool.
The owners of the property, Audrey and Peter, and their two Sons, Troy (20) and Ryan (17) reside part time in the main house with their Labrador Jody (9).
The cosy main living area incorporates a kitchen, dining area and lounge, with doors leading to a private outdoor eating terrace within a walled courtyard garden.
This open plan layout allows light and a sense of space to fill the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, the dinging area houses a wood burning stove and the lounge provides a flat screen TV with Sky channels.
There are two bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment, one with a king sized double bed and the other with 2 single twin beds, both with en suite bathrooms with walk in power showers, wash basins and w.c.s.
Conveniently there is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and board and drying facilities.
We do accept dogs, those who are well trained, where owners follow the guidelines provided. Our dog Jody is very friendly and the apartment gardens can keep the dogs separated if preferred.
The apartment is completely separate to the main house and is reached via its own gated entrance with parking for several cars.
The pool is open between the months of June through to September (inclusive).
The owners have bicycles that you would be welcome to rent. These bicycles are serviced by Peter and fitted to your requirements. Please note that in order to rent bikes we need at least 24 hours notice along with your height.
The house itself is surrounded by apple orchards and fields with no direct neighbors. It lies on a quiet road and is within walking distance of the local village of Le Thor. The surrounding area is pretty flat so perfect for bike ride outs with children.
