HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

Summary: The villa is beautiful, cosy, with the elements of decor, which made us feel like we were at home. Villa looks exactly like on the pictures, we had all the necessary equipment, in a safe environment, quite place, you can easily reach within 10 min walk nearby groceries and the gym if you like to keep fit. Villa is carefully managed by gardeners, cleaning lady and pool cleaners. Please note that there is a water well and from time to time water ends, we had to ask to fill it, that is the only inconvenience we had.
