Pretty sunny villa located in the peaceful area of Clairettes, our house of 120 m2, in very good condition, can accommodate up to 6 people.
While benefiting from a quiet environment, you will find yourself 5 minutes walk from the small historical center of the village (church, town hall, cafes, pizzeria, local shops and Friday market with its local products). Furnished with care, the house has a pleasant garden, a large and well exposed terrace and a smaller side terrace for breakfasts a few meters from the olive trees.
On the first floor there is a large room: a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV, two large sofas, a small table, and a very bright dining area where you can have your meals. You will also have a nice little sunny kitchen. Bathroom, utilities and two of the bedrooms are also on the ground floor (one with a double bed, another with two single bunk beds).
On the first floor there is a second bedroom with double bed, closet, desk, well-stocked bookcase, and a separate toilet/sink area.WIFI access is available throughout the house and a desktop computer is also available in the twin bedroom with a session reserved for tenants.
Two cars can easily be parked in the central driveway of the garden. In a lower room (former garage) you will find two tables (one large and one smaller) and outdoor chairs, which you can easily set up on the terrace or in the shaded areas of the garden. You can also borrow our three bikes and use our barbecue. In addition to the refrigerator in the kitchen, in this part of the house you will have access to an American fridge that will provide you with ice cubes at any time.
