Summary: The room was in good condition. As for improvements: the restaurant did not have a menu but a buffet. The food had been sitting for a very long time and was cold. I was overcharged for the bottle of wine that I ordered. $43 for a cold buffet, and a single bottle of wine was far too much for what I received. When I went to pay the bill, I was told that credit card machine was not working and asked to pay in cash. Later, the guy came to my room to get me to pay and despite me seeing a green light, he told me that the machine was not working. Only when I told him they had until Friday to figure this out, did the machine miraculously work. The next night I noticed that there was no water in my room and I asked could I get additional bottle water. I was tersely told to buy water at a shop nearby. One would think that wanted to obtain bottled water at a hotel. Upon checkout, I was told that there was an additional fee for my prepaid reservation. This had not been mentioned at check-in. When I went to pay by card, I was told that I had to pay with cash. When I explained I had no Moroccan money they told me to use an ATM. I gave him a small amount of American money and called it a day, but I will not be back at this property again and do not recommend it to others.
