It’s fully equipped and designed to be as comfortable as possible. Beautiful and spacious, the apartment has 3 large bedrooms, two of which are double and another with 2 single beds. There are also 3 large bathrooms with showers, two of which are integrated into the double bedrooms. Each room is equipped with an independent air conditioning unit, and the air conditioning is charged based on consumption.
Its beautiful white kitchen is a large space with a central island and is fully equipped. It leads directly to the also very spacious living room. In the living room there is on one side the dining room with a table for 6 people and on the other, the sitting room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs for relaxing. All spaces, except the bathrooms, have wooden floors, which gives all rooms a very warm and pleasant atmosphere.

It’s appreciated that in addition to the breadth of all the spaces and the care of the rooms, there is an elevator and also a parking space, available from June 15 to September 15, summer time when there is the most activity and where it’s difficult to find a place to park.
