Summary: The staff are so nice and friendly but I’m sorry to say that’s about it for this property. They only clean once a day which meant the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and no one to replace u til next day. The garbage cans in the bathrooms overflowed with used human waste. Should have been changed on regular basis. Having the showers on the fourth floor only kind of sets it back a little as well. The front desk did offer to give me a roll of toilet paper but what about the rest of the clients in there. I loved the location. Sorry guys but we need to be honest here. The ratings was too high and not right for this property. I’d put it in the low 7 ratings
