You are 30 minutes from Spain and near the villages of Franqui and Leucate known for its many activities. The large terrace welcomes you with garden furniture, dining area and plancha this in front of the private pool secured by an alarm. Two hectares of scrubland surround the house. More than 270 m2 are at your disposal for the interior of the building and fully air-conditioned. The entrance of pavement consists of a large room with fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and hob. The rest of the room is dedicated to relaxation with TV and billiards. On the first floor 4 large bedrooms including a master suite with dressing room and private bathroom.
