Positive: Great location at a great price. Warm, quiet and comfortable.

Negative: Needs a bit of a deeper clean - a few hairs from previous residents on the cushions & stains on the sofa. Bad smell coming from the sink in the bathroom - needs some bleach. Could also have been improved with a kettle and tea-making facility.

Summary: Great location for all the sights.
