Positive: the apartment itself looks great. clean. comfortable beds, nice bathroom and enough towels and blankets.

Negative: the boiler got damaged. they sent someone to fix it on the same day while we were outside but next day it broke again so we had no hot water. THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT. THEY MAKE YOU PAY 200€ extra OUTSIDE OF BOOKING on a separate app and then the amount is blocked on your account card for over a week. if you don‘t like bookings conditions then just don‘t offer?? why do customers have to wait on their own money after their trip. this should not be offered on booking for real.
