Countryside stone- built house with exceptional charm. Perfectly located up a hill, 4 km far from Goudargues, pretty village of the Gard where you will find the everyday shops and nice restaurants along the river.
To enter the house, at garden level the terrace leads directly into the kitchen, which is equipped with a table and chairs for indoor meals. Next to it is a large living room on two levels with a cosy fireplace corner on the first level and the other one contains a large dining area, a double bedroom with shower, washbasin and an adjacent WC on the landing. Upstairs, accessed from the living room via a gallery, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a large double bed, bathroom and WC, as well as a second bedroom with a double bed, also with shower and WC. On the mezzanine, there is a sofa bed for two people.
Big and nice grounds on several levels outfitted as a rockery garden with mediterranean plants as well as pine and olive trees and green oaks. A nice swimming pool space made of local stones and several terraces sometimes shaded or in the sun are very convivial: farniente is there.
