Positive: Spacious apartment, beautifully decorated, clean, central location.

Negative: Info provided on booking.com incorrect. The info says there is a “24h reception” and a deposit is to be paid “at arrival”. Instead, you receive a link to a third party website saying you must complete an online check-in form and pay 500 Euro deposit in advance. Otherwise, you do not get the key. So, you have to authorise a damage deposit before you can even see the place and verify it is in good condition. Getting the key is a burdensome procedure. Once there, you get more info via email about what to do and what not to do. Overall this was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone who prefers a relaxed stay under pre-agreed terms and conditions. Having read previous reviews (too late though), it appears the owner mostly ignores consistently negative customer experiences.
