The 75 m2 apartment / flat is located in a 7th elevator and is wheelchair accessible. It is completely renovated and can accommodate up to 5 people (1 in a folding bed) It is very sunny (south facing) and quiet (the exterior windows overlook the rear façade so it enjoys magnificent views)
It is distributed in 2 bedrooms, large open living room, large bathroom (with bathtub, separate shower and bidet), kitchen with passport and storage.
It has central heating and is fully equipped with kitchenware, bedding, towels, cleaning and cleaning products, basic food, beach goods, toys ...
It is very well located in the quiet and green neighborhood of Campolongo, 5 minutes walk from the monumental town, but at the same time with easy access to / from the city (towards highway or beaches)
It does not have a garage but it is easy to park on the street, or if you prefer, there is a paid parking less than 100 m. The bus to the nearby beaches and towns stops right in front of the portal.
Small pets are allowed with a small surcharge (intended to thoroughly clean the floor so that the following guests do not have complaints) Just in case, ask. I don't have anything against cats, but I'm allergic, so ... I'm sorry, but not cats.
