Sevillan town-house of exceptional quality and size. With 300sqm comprising 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living-dining room, sitting area with 2 sofa, 2 kitchens and private terrace with shower. Located in the historic centre of Seville, near the Museo de Bellas Artes, and just 5 minutes' walk from the main shopping streets Sierpes and Tetuán.
Completely restored in 2017, the house was refurbished to a superior standard while remaining respectful of the original architecture: vaulted ceilings, wrought ironwork, painted ceramic tile, exposed brick interior walls and cement tiles flooring. The interiors are designed with special attention to detail, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The entrance of the house is through an old hardware store, which has been conserved and transformed into an ideal place to have breakfast or to eat some tapas. At the back of the old hardware store, we come to a pleasant living-dining area, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness. The kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and high-quality appliances, oven and dishwasher included. The washing machine is in the second kitchen, next to the terrace.
The house is equipped with satellite TV with international channels, free WIFI internet connection and air conditioning (hot / cold) in each room.
5 Bedrooms: Three of the bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and the other two have two double beds (135 x 190 cm).

Private terrace: The house offers a terrace of 65sqm with garden furniture and shower. It is well furnished and decorated with potted plants, an outdoor table, chairs, and a chill-out area with sofas. Next to the terrace, there is a second kitchen - very useful for preparing a meal or breakfast outside.
