This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare can be found in the "Gorge-de-Loup" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Several shops, public transports, restaurants are available close by. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, microwave, kettle, kitchen ustensils, pans, toaster... The accommodation also contains an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine, a clothes rack. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: broom, bagless hoover, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: water, condominium fees, housing insurance, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
The Gorge de Loup quarter is located in the 9th district of Lyon, along the banks of the river Saône. Its name derives from the Loup family, who previously owned the land here. Gorge de Loup was once an industrial neighbourhood, and has underwent periods of immense transformation over the years. Nowadays, the district is mostly residential, its peacful vibe makes it one of the most attractive Lyonnais districts for families and professionals. The area is made up of many diifferent kinds of buildngs; high story apartments, town houses, or little 2/3 story structures. The zone has great transport links too, with metro line D, buses and trains all passing through to get into the city centre quickly! Many shops, restaurants and cafés line the streets, making it an animated area during the day, and peaceful at night, while remaining close to the centre!
