There are 4 private single person rooms for rent in the apartment. Living space/kitchen & bathroom shared with 3-4 persons. The apartment covers the whole ground floor and has its own entrance.
Located just few steps away from main church this is the perfect location in a quiet location right downtown.
Few minutes walk to University of Iceland, Reykjavik university as well as Iceland academy of arts!
The house is a preserved classic home. Practically decorated for mid term tenants looking for good location for modest prize.
We run a clean and quiet household yet relaxed and we've been very lucky with tenants whom always create their own atmosphere.
