Refundable damage depositA damage deposit of THB 20,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
The electricity is charged separately based on consumption and recorded meter readings, 8 THB per kWh unit. To be paid in cash upon check out.
