This stylish villa is located in the centre of a very small fishing village known as Ban Tai, convenient for shops, restaurants, hairdressers, massage, and laundry shops. The villa is walled and gated for privacy and is south facing for sun worshippers. A 4-minute walk places you on Ban Tai beach, with an assortment of local and 4 star resort facilities. 10 minutes drive to Nathon. 20 minutes drive to central Chaweng.
The villa is fully furnished to include everything that you would expect in a quality let; change of towels/linens, dressing gowns, housekeeping service. The master bedroom suite boasts direct access to the pool and gardens, a large safe, and an en-suite bathroom with rain head shower and separate bath tub. The villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and also has ceiling fans in all rooms. The open-plan living area has a large dining table for 6 persons with further seating areas (including a covered outdoor lounge) in various areas of the tropical gardens.
High speed wi-fi internet connection is included. Beautiful tropical gardens and a sun-deck complete this magical property. Car/motorbike hire, babysitting, private island tours, tennis coaching are all available through our management service.
