This delightful holiday home has its own private pool, nestled in the quiet woods of Prades-sur-Vernazobre. Located 27km from Beziers, 40km from Narbonne and the beautiful beaches of Valras. Making it the ideal place to soak up the sun by the sea or in the verdant countryside of this region, the river Orb and the Canal du Midi flow nearby. For a lovely start to the day, you can eat your breakfast on the balcony of the villa, whilst enjoying a magnificent view of the region of Saint-Chinian. You can also enjoy an aperitif, later in the day, while savouring delicious grilled fish cooked on the large stone barbecue. Prades is a charming village in Languedoc, located 5km from Saint-Chinian (where the Sunday morning market is very popular), 30 minutes from the city of Béziers and 40 minutes from the beach. In Roquebrun (15 minutes by car) and Cessenon-sur-Orb (10 minutes), several beaches line the river, perfect for picnics. Discover the spirit of this marvellous region through the local listed wine: AOC St-Chinian, which has greatly influenced the region’s heritage. From the village, you can follow beautiful trails for hiking or for bike rides. There are many activities that children will love, within a 35 km radius, including a water park, the beach, a mini farm, horse riding or donkey rides, amusement park, park animal, aquarium.... and to finish the season , the traditional village festival takes place on the 3rd weekend of July and the last weekend of August! The entrance to the villa is on the 1st floor, leading to the living/dining room, and the semi open and very practical kitchen. From the entrance, take a wooden staircase to the sleeping area, on the ground floor. There you will find French doors that open onto the terrace, which leads directly to the pool. The living room opens on the beautiful terrace bounded by a magnificent wall of shale stone. Stone stairs lead you to the pool with four sun loungers, table, seating and parasol, everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday! This holiday home in Occitanie is also very suitable for enjoying the Languedoc in the later season, thanks to the wood stove in the living room and convectors throughout the house.
