The Space:
Larger than usual 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa. As you enter the front door down the stairs from the undercover car park, there is an entrance hall with guest bathroom to the right and guest bedroom to the left. Also the door to the primary bedroom with large en-suite bathroom. From the entrance hall enter the open plan living room with western kitchen and island. Behind the new open plan kitchen you find the old "Thai-style" kitchen, now used as pantry and storage space. The living room features a large smart TV (connected to WiFi for streaming services ie Netflix) with a sub-woofer and sound bar. From the living room large sliding doors open out onto a huge covered terrace and open deck. The main dining area is outside on the terrace with additional dining indoors with bar stools at the kitchen island. Outside on the terrace you also find a patio lounge suite. Sun loungers on the open deck. The infinity pool is 10m x 4m. The primary bedroom also has a sliding door out onto the terrace. Large landscaped fenced garden with stone path from one side to the other for easy access all along the garden and ponds.

A variety of attractions on your doorstep include the very quaint Thong Krut Fishing Village from where you can take a long tail boat to Koh Tan for excellent snorkeling or Koh Madsum for a day out on a secluded beach, a secret Buddha Garden just off the ring road and various waterfalls. The very popular Lamai beach is only 10 minutes away.
