In L'Aiguillon, opposite Arcachon's marina and just steps from the beach, local shops, and bike paths, this pleasant 35m² one-bedroom apartment with a sleeping alcove is fully furnished and equipped. It offers a magnificent view of the bay, a balcony, and secure private parking.
During the summer season, we cannot guarantee the availability of bicycle storage in the communal bike room.
The apartment includes:
- an entrance hall with storage
- a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette opening onto a balcony (furniture) and a sleeping area (new 120 x 190 cm sofa bed)
- a bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed/storage)
- a bathroom with toilet.

Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency: 1 set (140cm bed, sheets + towels) = €42.
Optional cleaning fee = €60.
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €10/day.
