Fully fitted kitchen with all utensils provided. Washing machine. Balcony over looking the pool. Double locks on front door one being a Dead bolt lock. Use of gym 0700-1900hrs. Free parking. 24 Security Guards. Non-smoking building it has a designated smoking area on the ground floor. Unfortunately no pets is allowed
