On the 2nd level, the two beautiful attic bedrooms each feature a 160x200 bed and en-suite bathroom (Italian shower in one room, bathtub in the other). All rooms have TV and welcome kit. Two separate WCs upstairs. Heating and air conditioning. Furnished terrace and private heated pool from 1/4 to 07/11 (size 11m x 5m, depth 1.50m, flat bottom, access by steps, secured by a submerged cover, 6 deckchairs). Secure parking with automatic gate for several cars. Unenclosed grounds. Baby equipment: cot, high chair. Bicycle racks available. Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, Les Maisons du Boulanger offers all the comfort and facilities you need for an idyllic stay. The house, entirely renovated, is built of 18th-century stone in the Périgord style, and is set in four hectares of land. Serenity and calm are the watchwords for your vacation. The village of La Cassagne boasts a traditional bakery. Farmers also offer organic products (walnut oil, sunflower oil, flour, goat's cheese). Nearby tourist sites: Lascaux, Brive, Terrasson, Sarlat, Vézère Valley, Dordogne Valley. For your leisure, the owner offers a pétanque court (4mx15m), a soccer pitch (20mx30m) and a volleyball and/or badminton court (9mx18m).
