Yes, I'm a small apartment, but my tenants say I'm a jewel; maybe because of the perfect location, in the lovely Marais district, not far from Place de Vosges, or maybe because I'm at the 6th floor with lift with a beautiful view on the roofs of Paris, or because I'm sunny and bright, or because of the charming wooden floor and the old fireplace, or maybe because I've a little balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee over Paris... people also say that I'm damned well organized... my owner is a designer, a good designer... in few easy movements I'll be a bedroom, or a dining room or an office or a tea room with beautiful view... yes, I can be unbelievably comfortable... yes, I'm not big... so what?
