A staircase leads to the 1st floor on two bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm in each). One of the bedrooms has its own private shower room/WC. Electric heating. Wifi internet connection (fiber). Non-smoking cottage.
In the heart of Lauragais, La Mane de Paul is housed in an old renovated farmhouse, and adjoins another gîte. A parking area is reserved in the courtyard of the property, which includes a 3rd gîte in an independent building. The gîte has a private enclosed garden at the back, with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. A room is available for parking bicycles. The owners live in the immediate vicinity. Pets not allowed.
This gîte is perfect for both tourist and business stays. Very accessible (A61 motorway 5.5km - exit 19.1 - Montgiscard), it is however located in a calm and relaxing environment, on the outskirts of the village. 1km from the centre of Ayguesvives, it also has the advantage of being close to shops and services. The Canal du Midi (Ayguesvives lock) and its cycle path are 3.2km away (the Sanglier lock is 3.7km away), Toulouse 27km away (a bus connects Toulouse from the village).
