In the commune of Plédéliac, we offer you this charming 132 m² house with indoor pool, 20 minutes from the sea, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers (ideal for 4 adults and 2 children). It features an attractive 50 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 1,500 m² garden and terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- An indoor swimming pool (private, heated all year round) of 7m / 3.5 m with small garden furniture, shower and WC.
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, sofa, billiard table and dining area.

On the first floor:
