Positive: 1. The terrace is truly amazing, yes it is fully shared with the rest of the building but during my week long stay i got to enjoy it as if it was mine, for sunbathing and also to spend time with my friends. Its bathed by the sun basically all day and its also quite private. Hard to find another terrace like it 2. The apartment is small but cozy ( this said, could be way cozier and better with a few fix ups here and there). Its good for a couple or for solo travelling, which was my case 3. Kitchen supplies, cleaning products, garbage bags and bathroom supplies were all provided which is always a nice touch 4. Smart tv with basically ALL the streaming services and the tv is mounted in a way that you can watch if from anywhere in the house aka both in bed or on the sofa bed/couch, living area 5. Great natural lighting until it gets dark 6. The washer dryer was an amazing touch, came in super handy! Sure its not miraculous but you wont have to deal with super wet laundry also because there really isn't a way or a place to hang it so you have to sort of improvise 7. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - JUST CANT BE BEATEN. You are right in the centre, you walk out the front door and you're right in the middle lf cafes, bars, movie theaters, grocery stores, you name it. 8. SOUNDPROOF - both the apartment and the terrace are basically insulated by the sound of the busy streets below, its kind of amazing! 9. The privacy. Its a very private cozy chill spot Personally i really enjoyed my week there, sure, it wasnt perfect, this said, all around it matched my vibe and my needs and altogether i had a very good experience! Highly recommend!! 🥳

Negative: 1. The pictures displayed make it all look way more amazing than expected. Still its a lovely place, just dont expect a luxurious spot. 2. It really wasnt clean. Nor there were any proper cleaning supplies to give the floor a quick sweep or a mop up if needed. When i arrived it was dusty, the floor literally had not been cleaned. 3. Pillows were really uncomfortable unfortunately 4. the lights, my god, the lights 🤦 a mixture of fluorescent, colored, hyper bright lighting which completely ruined the atmosphere and the charm of the entire apartment. This was such a pity really because with warmer lighting it would have made a hell of a difference in the evening/night time 5. The elevator only goes up to the 5th floor and its quite small. To get to the attic you gotta walk one floor up. Personally i didnt mind it but its good to know! 6. I dont know if the state of the apartment was due to my low season booking or not but still everything should be more organized. Things are kinda stuffed here and there, kinda like you're renting your spare apartment to your buddies for the weekend... Its just not everyones vibe The apartment has so much potential, it can be much better with a little extra care 🙌🤗❤️
