The Space
We rent our apartment in a 120 meter high building in the 30th. floor with a nice view, many days of the year you see the Gulf of Thailand from your balcony. Suits up to five people, the room has 55 m2, so it is not only quite big it is also very bright.
Fast Internet is provided, the room has its own 13 Mbit/s connection!
It comes fully furnitured with a western styled mattress, king size, a nice sofa, wardrobe, kitchen and hot water in the bathroom. Of course the room is air conditioned. You can adjust the aircon to your desired temperature.
The place is ideal for Photographers. On the roof you find excellent conditions to take photos, also from the room as the condominium has two balconies. And as a Bonus it is one of the few skyscraper in Bangkok with seaview as well.
Nearby is a Seven Eleven (24/7), Tops Supermarket, a pharmacy and several restaurants.
The building itself provide direct access to a swimming pool in a nice garden, sauna as well as a fitness center (yes, thats all included).
The place is located 10 minutes by Taxi or 15 by Bus from the Skytrain station BTS Udomsuk on Bangna-Trad Road Km 4,5, Evergreen View Tower. The airport is just 20-25 minutes away from our building. This is because there are no intersections with traffic lights on the way to the airport, direct access via the nearby highway.
We recommend it for everyone who want to have a great view. Access to the city is very easy. A bus stop is located just 200 meters away from the condo and provides access to a dozen bus lines in all directions of Bangkok, also to the BTS Skytrain station Udomsuk (10 minutes).
In the morning you will get a coffee or a chocolate, iced or hot - your choice.
From monday to friday a lot of food can be found in front of the nearby Nation building, dozens of food stalls provide plenty of reasonable priced original thai food.
Nearby attractions are:
for shopping: Mega Bangna, Central Bangna, Paradise Mall, Seacon Shopping Mall (all reachable via bus and within 10 minutes or less).
Sightseeing: Ancient City, Wat Bang Phli Yai Nai and Old Market, Pom Phra Chulachomklao, Pom Phlaeng Faifa, Wat Protketchettharam, Wat Asokaram, Phra Samut Chedi, The Dinosaur Museum, The Erawan Museum and many many more things.
Just 6 km from our location you can exercise water skiing for very low prices, access to this area by bus.
Also close by is Nong Bon, the cheapest possibility if you want to start or learn sailing. For just 40 Baht you have access to sailing boats and unlimited rides during your stay.

The Neighborhood
We are located directly behind "The Nation" tower. The next busstop is just 200 m away from our place and countless bus lines running to the city from 5 AM to 10 PM. You will get a detailed description up on your arrival about which bus line is going to which place in the city.
Many possibilities to get food around our building, a 7-11 shop is 150 m away from our building and open 24/7.
Getting around
Many bus lines covering almost all the city of Bangkok, The next BTS skytrain station is just 10 minutes away from our place. Taxis are available all around the clock, and don't be afraid, in Bangkok 10 km by taxi are less than three US dollars. Bangkok's taxi prices are amongst the cheapest in the world.
Huge bus station with buses to Pattaya is just round the corner. Five minutes from our place you can find minivans to Amphawa Floating Market, the Umbrella Market or to Aranjaprathet.
Pre-bookings for buses to any location in Thailand can be done in Central Bangna, just three bus minutes from our place.
