Le Vieux Pressoir, an old farmhouse renovated with charm and modernity using eco-construction methods, will be an ideal pied-à-terre for your holidays.

Located in Pléboulle and able to accommodate up to eight travellers, it has a lovely living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower and bath), mezzanine and you can enjoy a grassy plot of around 1000 m². Wifi, cleaning, we're waiting for you!

The farmhouse is ideally located in Pléboulle, in very pleasant surroundings. Local shops are a 5-minute drive away in Fréhel and Matignon.

The 170 m² dwelling spans 2 levels as follows:

Ground floor
- a 35 m² cathedral lounge with sofas, armchairs and a dining table seating 8.
- a 15 m² winter lounge with sofa and piano.
- a functional, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Tassimo pod coffee maker, etc.
- 2 double bedrooms: 1 with king-size bed (180×200) and one with double bed (140×190).
- bathroom with double washbasin, shower and bath.
- separate WC.

On the first floor
- a mezzanine with a desk and TV
- a 3rd bedroom with king-size bed (180×200)

For even more comfort, you'll have the following additional facilities: washing machine, ironing board and iron.

By reserving this house, you will be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay:
- a grassy area currently being developed + a 20 m² terrace on stone slabs facing east, sheltered from the wind, with furniture and a barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
- secure bicycle storage.
- private parking in the courtyard for up to 5 vehicles.

Neighbourhood
If you love peace and quiet, you'll be delighted! The house is really quiet, close to a road with very little traffic (20 vehicles/day). The first house 30 metres away is unoccupied, and the next is 100 m away.
There is only one restaurant in Pléboulle: "Chez Charly", and the post office is open in the morning. All shops, services and doctors are a 5-minute drive away in Fréhel or Matignon.

It is 2 km from the coast and 10-15 minutes by car from the beaches of Fréhel, Plévenon and Saint Cast Le Guildo, or 30 minutes by bike. It's a real middle ground between land and sea.

La Longère is located on the Emerald Coast, close to the GR 34, which circumnavigates Brittany's coastline. You can watch migratory birds in the Bay of La Fresnaye, visit the medieval castle of Fort la Latte and enjoy the magnificent panorama of Cap Fréhel.... Come and discover the magnificent sites and viewpoints that Northern Brittany has to offer!

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, 22 km away (24 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Saint Brieuc, 50 km away (43 minutes by car).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
- Before leaving, please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Please note that parties are not permitted. Pets accepted on request, a supplement of €20/stay will be applied.
- A supplement of €35 will be charged for late arrivals between 8pm and 9.30pm (request and payment to our service provider on site).
